Good luck to the lad.

A good amount of ability, but not consistent enough or available often enough to win a regular starting place.

Quite telling that we've lost our only current international player and the general response is just a shrug! I expect he'll do well at Hartlepool if he can stay fit.

I must have not seen the lad enough as every time I do it looks like there's a good player in there somewhere - just struggles with consistency and maybe confidence.

Disappointed to see Otis go.

I don't feel like we've actually seen much of him.

The statement says he's made 55 appearances but it doesn't feel like that does it. Not so much because of the international call-ups (which seem to be a gripe for some) but just his niggling injuries.

I think he looked a tidy player but for the most part didn't look very effective in terms of output through goals/assists. Think he would've done better under Artell than Hurst purely due to the style of play and that he'd probably be playing higher up the pitch, but he's another one I think we could improve on so can't argue with letting him go. Be interesting to see who comes in.

Always thought that there's a talent there but the number of clubs he's had is quite telling.

Good luck to him.

See above:  Conteh still a current player and current international.

Availability and lack of consistancy outweighs his talent unfortunatley.

Nice bloke, but no loss sadly.

Still wish him all the best.

Think he’ll rip it up in the national league. When I watched him I always he was pretty decent

Ah, have to admit I didn't realise he was a full international. Sierra Leone are much higher-ranked team than Pakistan as well.

We also have Eisa who is a Sudan International

Not too sure about that, obviously didn't do enough here to be a first choice. Hopefully for him and Hartlepool he will but not really a loss to GTFC.

Shame, good player. Though injury stop/start seems to have got in the way of him bolting down a place in the first team and any new deal.

Always put effort in.  Wish him well.

But remember, he IS still a GTFC player. He has only gone out on loan until the end of the season. If getting game time aids his play, then he may come back fitter and better than before. We've been in that situation with players out on loan before, so all we can do is cross our fingers and hope for the best.

Believe his contracts up at the end of the season so I think that’s au revoir as can’t see us offering him a new deal. Another who promised more than he delivered and whilst he was tidy on the ball not too many goals or assists to remember him by so best for both parties he moves on.

Considering what was said at the fans forum and that we would likely get players in when some go out I doubt very much he will play for Town again.

Probably gone for good…
But didn’t he score twice away to Cambridge on our cup run.

Thanks Otis

Good luck to the lad. I don't think we've seen the best of him at gtfc, hopefully he can use hartlepool as a fresh start and kick on
