Go on then.

Not many for me at my miserable oldish age, book on astronomy and little else.

I like it that way.

My stepson announcing he'd changed his name by deed poll to my surname, absolutely knocked me sideways (in a very good way!). Won't be asking for the money for his Salford ticket now  ;D

Nice to know you are well stocked for toilet paper over the coming week then.

I took my lad to Mansfield for one of his presents.
He said to me in the car on the way back.
I promise to be good this year Dad.  😂😂

Received a lovely smoking jacket, just realised I cannot wear it in BP, the pub or in my local greasy spoon.

I normally tell the family not to buy me anything as I hate taking stuff back and I'm old fashioned about 'value for money'. (tight)  Plus my birthday was at the end of November.

Two relatives put some notes inside their Xmas cards and today's shocking performance left me no alternative but to dash for some retail therapy.

As I drove back from Mansfield I slunk into 'Go Outdoors' Sale, near Brammall Lane and bought myself a smarter and warmer fleece for the Salford game. No pun intended, it's a 'Weird Fish'.
