Called up to the Sudan national squad. GTFC Facebook page posted 4 hours ago and already 680 comments and 2k likes from mainly Sudanese people. With Eisa and also Khan we've truly gone international with our fan base!

Have they been told that his form has been non-existent for 2 months?

Its The Sudan! Form probably has no standing as to be honest with you, they probably struggle to find a squad of 22 who can all kick a ball anyway.

He wasn't the ideal sub when we were defending a lead yesterday as his tracking back is poor. That said, Khouri is injured and we were running out of left sided options.

As for the next league game at FGR, Khan made an excellent case for a start again as did Pyke who played several roles yesterday including making the ball stick down the left side in the first half.

If Eisa is available for the Slough game and Khan's calf is sore, then perhaps give him a chance to make amends for his no show at Slough.

We need another performance on Tuesday but Saturday is a six pointer.

Great news for both lads representing your country is a real honor. I hope Eisa enjoys his experience

Will be interesting who plays left hand side the next 2 games

Maybe Clifton can go back out there as I still feel it's his best position .

Any result apart from defeat at FG is a good one , but if we play as we did yesterday surely we beat them .

Glennon with Amos behind him, glennon showed enough threat going forward yesterday so why not.

Think Glennon should stay at LB given how well he played yesterday. Different kettle of fish playing higher up.

Oh yeah.  In that case, Clifton,  keeping  Andrews central. I can see several struggling to be fully fit for Tuesday however.

Let's hope Eisa smacks a goal or two in against Togo and DR Congo to help him find some form...

I'd agree, bung Clifton on the left. He's not the best crosser or technically, but he's done a good job in that position in the past and can bag a goal given the chance.

He's also good cover for Glennon if he marauds forward.
