Injury permitting, I think it will be as close as possible to that which started against Lincoln:

                    Eastwood

Mularkey Rodgers Maher Glennon

                  Conteh
        Hunt         Clifton  
Eisa                                  vernam
                 Rose

With potentially Clifton on the wing and Eisa behind Rose as the variation fron that based on pre season I think .

The strength of that 7 on the bench is very nice could all be comfortable starters , in fact we could have a 2nd 11 who would all be no let downs if starting .

Good question, I haven't seen him play yet. Eastwood seems OK, but is he 100% our new first choice goalie for the foreseeable future?

There’s a whole thread on squad numbers, a lengthy but genuinely interesting read on here, I like you would make the assumption but in truth, it’s clear the numbers mean intercourse all.

Subs for me.....

Cartwright, Efete, waterfall, green, Khouri, Holohan, wilson.

Also think Khan is injured and has missed pretty much the entire pre season. Pyke also out. Still a very strong bench

Cartwright given number 1 shirt would indicate that he may be first choice but I seem to remember hearing somewhere that Eastwood's preferred number is number 12 anyway so if so that would mean it would make sense that Cartwright is given number 1 shirt? Also didn't Mckeown have number 13 shirt for a few seasons before getting number 1 shirt?
