Forecast (weather not Tommy) seems to be getting bleaker the closer we get. Pitch will get cut up to buggery.

Light drizzle and low winds. I think that passes as ‘nice weather’ for a game at BP, doesn’t it?

Slick surface, which makes for a better game than playing on bone hard pitches you normally get at this time of year.

Bring it on.

The weather apps seem to indicate it won't get breezy until tonight which is helpful. A bit of rain isn't too much trouble, but you rarely get a good game when it is windy as well.
