Where has all these rumours over Harry being sold come from?  In an interview Hurst has stated that no one has been in contact with him over Harry but on here he is as good as sold. I cannot understand how someone on here can post speculation and it becomes fact very quickly.

Paul Hurst is well known for being economical with the truth regarding transfers.

It was rumoured on Twitter yesterday that Barnsley are going to sign Andrew Dallas (by Football Insider).

I think they’re going to struggle this year, from what I’ve read about the approach being forced on them from the new owners or directors or whatever it is they’ve got going on over there.

I think its come from Twitter mimma.  Some are saying (who are close to Harry) that he is off and has a medical on Monday according to this tweet & replies.

That was on Saturday the 8th, which means the 10th was the Monday and they was supposedly announcing him on the 11th... a load of balderdash. I think it'd have to be a pretty good offer to tempt him away right now, the club he's been at as a boy and is in the best state it's been in this side of 2000. The manager that gave him his debut and he's played his best football under and knows what's right for him. I think he signs a new deal and climbs the leagues with the club he loves.

I also think its just a rumour, and I hope he stays for a couple more years if possible, but i wouldn't begrudge him moving on as he has definitely earnt it.  When Harry first starting getting into the first 11 we was ever present not so much with skill and technical ability but definately his work rate and endeavour he has improved a lot.  Not sure if Harry has captained the side? i'm sure others can confirm if he has.

Didn't he get the armband on his 200th appearance or did I imagine that?

He did, as he scored the winner against Burton to set-up the Luton game(s). Hard to believe then what would follow.

Very hard to believe given you’ve forgotten Lewis Richardson’s part in the Burton winner. The cheek of it.

You make a valid point. In future I will defer to the unblemished media powerhouse that is the BBC to ensure the correct identity of Town’s goal scorers.
