Small print also stated anybody who have changed their names more than four times will not be allowed to own a club.

It won't effect Scunny.though.   ;D

I seem to remember reading that a long throw merchant some years ago had some towelling stiched into his shirt to help dry the ball a little. Might see something similar!

Set up some sprinklers to really annoy the long-throwers.

Although the fans' song 'we p"ss on your balls' isn't quite family-friendly.

And is quite a niche request. I had to pay Nicole extra for it.

Able to launch a throw into the six-yard box, providing you haven't passed out with a body temperature of 200degrees at that point.

It will be interesting to see how it works at this level. When a player boots the ball into the stand, what is stopping a fan from throwing the ball back onto the pitch? The multi-balls should be dry, or relatively dry compared to the one that has just been skidding across a wet pitch, but what is stopping ball boys wetting them?

In a way it's quite a sad change, because part of football is fans returning the ball and the drama that sometimes goes with that from the stands.

The biggest change is the last one .Many football clubs routinely pay their Paye and Nic over late using it as a form of finance. If this rule change is capable of being enforced there will be a lot of clubs banned from the transfer market.

Players won’t need a towel if it’s multi-ball. The ball boy will just throw them (the home team) a new (already dry) ball whenever they require one.

Neil Warnock has already had a days training session with the ball boy squad on the tactics for next season....
If the opposition look like gaining an advantage from any multi ball switch then chuck another ball into play.
