Thought this worthy of its own thread.
Absolutely superb. Slight wobble with the ticketing issue initially.
But during and after the match. Spot on.
The Linesman at our fans end owes them several beers.

Thought the door staff in their bar before the game were great as well.

I couldn't see I was the other end but looked like something was rumbling. Nothing materialised so can only assume whats been said holds true. What happened?

Max and Paddy! I was a bit apprehensive walking up to the bar thinking there was a possibility I might get knocked back wearing colours but they were great and said I looked cool in my shades (not sure if they thought I was with the disabled supporters club who’d walked in a few seconds before us).

They were sound to be fair, one of ours was walking up with an ale from the car and they just let him put it in the bin and in we went.

They’re like the most completely inoffensive club on the planet.

Stewards and old bill were decent and was great to see them not excrement their pants under the stand and keep selling drinks etc, which doesn’t always happen…

Amazing what happens when people treat others with respect isn't it?

Compare what you lot who went today with this piece of stewarding at Solihull.

Stewards had their handsfull a bit! Must say they handled the bloke who spent the entire second half telling the lino how to officiate absolutely brilliantly😂

The bloke had some energy

Please do let the FSA know ([tweet]@FairCop[/tweet], thefsa.org.uk).
Important to recognise and acknowledge good practice, not just complain about the bad.

Only negative point was them confiscating the giant inflatable dolphin. Hats off to whoever blew that fecker up!

Some no marks tried to ruin a moggy tribute so others had "a word" with them

Agree with everything said on here. Really enjoyed the Sports Club and the staff were brilliant. Prices were very good as well.

Regardless of result, Rochdale has always been a decent place to go and is definitely one of those away games you could take your kids to knowing it’ll be decent.

Positive stewarding and policing needs recognition as much as the dreadful approaches we witness. Anyone that’s seen the Solihull incident at the weekend will know what I mean.
