Just returned from The Bierpassie Weekend in Antwerp.

What a brilliant City Antwerp is. Bars and restaurants all over the place and very, very busy. Not sure if it was because it was Beer Festival weekend but still enough places for everyone to comfortably have a great time.

Some of the buildings too including the train station, are amazing.

Would well recommend the place to anyone who has never been.

Did you go to the beer bar - Kulminator? It’s a weird bar run by a doddery couple (Dirk & Leen) that specialises in aged (mainly Trappist and Lambic) beers.

Dirk looks like a Dirk. It’s a strange place - a cross between a museum and the Fritzl house.
