Looks like 4-4-1-1 with.....

                        Crocombe

Efete.   Waterfall.   Pearson.   Crookes

Maguire-Drew.  Clifton.    Fox.    Sousa

                           Mcatee

                            Taylor

With all the departures I think the team picks itself, but happy with that.

UTM come on boys

Thought Scannell may have made the bench but obviously not in PH's plans.

About as good a side as we can field right now. Would take a draw if offered.

First away game since Scunny 2020 for me. Good to be back.

Strong start from Town, though they’ve come back into it. They’re very good at the basics of the game and have an uncanny knack of getting in behind us, as they did a week ago. But we’ve had the better chances and should probably have a goal to our name.

All to play for in the second half. Wouldn’t like to call it.

There’s no way Hurst will be sacked unless the first two change, which would then lead to the third.

We have to win soon to try and close the ever increasing gap.

Failure to win another game this month and I doubt the new owners would still support him. If they still stick with him they could soon getting the sort of excrement JF did.

As for 100% effort, if that's the case then the players Hurst has brought in are clearly not good enough.

Did we really expect promotion in one season?

Teams have been here for years building, we were relegated and our squad needed a complete rebuild.

Of course, I want us to go up this year, but I just think we might need another summer to add some tweaks to our squad, we're not that far off - fine margins.

I fully trust Hurst to sort this out in time. UTM

Hurst sounded downbeat and so he should. At least he didn't use the 'fine margins' excuse as the fine margins always seem to favour the opposition.

As optimistic and positive as I am I felt his comments about the Altrincham game on Saturday looks as if he's looking for a draw. 3 points are what we need and some positive inspiration from him would be good.
