I feel like I should point out (for any Stockport fans reading this) that Stockport people consider themselves as part of Cheshire rather than the reality (a suburb of Manchester).

I'd have thought any Stockport fans reading this would already be aware of what part of the country Stockport people consider Stockport to be in.
