Good job for someone, I agree, but can’t see the lucky candidate becoming rich any time soon. Not that there’s any clue on there about salary.

Apprentice pay is standardised across the country isn't it?  no need to put it on there for that reason I guess.

No it's not standardised. You can pay an Apprentice as little as about £4.50 per hour but most decent employers would pay more than that. It's only standardised in that it has a legal minimum like any other job.
