What’s the ticket information?
At the time of writing, this is an ALL TICKET fixture, with no tickets available to purchase on the day.
I'm sure if you explain the situation though, they'll let you in.

Strangely enough I got to the airport yesterday when I realised I hadn't booked a flight. I explained the situation to the guy at the BA check in desk but he laughed at me

Ha I meant Altrincham but I also meant on a Saturday and ended up saying neither! Either way, we've probably never had so many long journeys in a row. 9 away games with none within 100 miles and none within 150 miles on a Saturday is just mad.
