As I pointed out on another thread, the TV channels love a non league club hosting a league club and the draw only threw up a few options (6 I think) and with 6 live games they appear to have picked all but one of them plus Sheff Wed v Plymouth. Hayes & Yeading v Sutton United is the only game where a non-league club hosts a EFL club not on TV.

Ok. 5 out of 7.

I would suggest that Dag & Red v Salford is slightly more appealing that the 2 matches not selected. And Dagenham is easier logistically than Kings Lynn for ITV too.

The only TV game I think they've got wrong is Wednesday v Plymouth. I know Salford have got their obligatory TV game but they are away to a non-league team.

International break weekend? That’ll give part-time ITV pundit and Salford part-owner Gary Neville a match to cover. Of course him being an employee of ITV and a part-owner is purely coincidental too.

I'd have thought Bolton vs Stockport would have got the BBC's juices flowing - being a North West derby and all.  Absolutely right that non-league teams get shown though.

Didn't realise ITV had got some FA Cup games. That's new this season right? (or did I miss that before...)

Sssh We don't want to be TV at the moment, we need to keep under the radar as much as possible, it will only showcase the talent we have. We need to keep this squad assembled by Hurst together, to achieve the ultimate aim of getting of this league.

Probably the best tie of the round. Miles better than Daggers Salford.
