Anyone here a member of the 1878 club? Me and my brother just joined, wondered if anyone could tell me a bit more about how it works i.e. is it just a physical card or do they email you a membership number also? Cos wanting to use it for Notts game but only ordered today so not sure on turnaround. Will ring club shop tomorrow but any advise in meantime would be very much appreciated

10% discount at Scarlet's Secret if you ask for the 'Pontoon Special'.

You get a physical card and a few vouchers for free drinks in the fanzone, as well as discounts at local businesses.  You can load your tickets onto the card to scan at the turnstile.  I think you have to buy tickets online for them to count towards your 'five games, sixth free' entitlement.

There’s a secret 1878 members club at BP, but to enter you have to come dressed as a Victorian chimney sweep. Be sure to remember that, as you don’t want to look stupid…

I got my card pre-season but never received any vouchers, I popped to the club shop the other week to enquire about this, and they gave me an email address to ask about getting vouchers.
This thread had just reminded me to do that.

I’m not fibbing at all mate. In fact, here’s some footage I took of everyone celebrating at half-time against Dover. I think that’s Debbie at the front there; I guess the rules don’t apply to her…

I've had a right faff about with mine.
I was trying to buy online and just kept getting a message say I hadn't bought an appropriate amount of tickets yet.
Bizarre since I've been buying them since 1972.
Cut a long story short after ringing the ticket office who were the dogs balderdash..
I had an account registered with GTFC and one with  1878 which makes some sort of glitch.
They did my ticket over the phone and promised to sort it out and also said there were lots more with the same problem.
So if you have any trouble online give them a bell.

I picked mine up today,
All I got was the card and an invoice.  shouldn't there be some vouchers>

Got mine a few weeks ago and haven’t had any vouchers. Used it to book Wealdstone tickets over the phone and just used my email address rather than a membership number. Hopefully an initiative that is growing in popularity as tickets become harder to come by

probably no vouchers as all of the vouchers expired at the end of September.
