Also, the link changes every matchday I think, just go to the non-league section of the BBC Sport website and it should be easily found.

is the sound turned up on the BBC player thing? next to the pause button is a speaker icon.

Not sure, they have a live results service on BBC Sounds when all three clubs are playing now, probably to get more frequent updates on Hull maybe? When it's just Town playing, we're on all frequencies and Sounds.
