Thinking of doing a southern away trip on the train. Can anybody tell me which is the easiest/quickest/most direct please? I’m guessing one of the London clubs….

Thanks in advance.

Woking 9th October is probably your best bet (although you've not given a lot of details).

3hours on the train from Grimsby to London Kings Cross, get the tube to Waterloo (maybe 20mins) then 30 mins (depending on the train!) to Woking plus 20 mins walk to the ground.

Dagenham on Dec 4. Take you about 50 minutes to the ground from Kings Cross by tube.

I’d imagine, if you’re travelling from Grimsby then Dagenham is probably the easiest on a train, two trains, simples…

Surely must be 3 trains minimum or 2 trains and a tube.

Dagenham in December looks like the one, planning to go with a few LDN / MCR based mariners. It's not exactly central however as it's pretty much in Essex so 2 changes and an additional 1hr+ travel if you're staying in the city. Got a feeling that one could be a good game

Woking must be easier? 20-25 mins from Waterloo, run about every 10 minutes. Decent part of London for a drink an’all.

Other commitments and the fact i'll be travelling from Edinburgh make this one unfeasible unfortunately! Reckon Woking has the potential to be a frustrating game too so happy enough to do the Daggers game instead which could have a few goals

Surely Borehamwood and particularly Barnet are both easier?
