I know the shirt amnesty has been mentioned elsewhere, but I thought it was worth it's own thread.

Finally a bit of positive press for the club, well done to all involved.

Totally agree. Lovely to see the club at the bottom of the Football League showing up the so-called "elites", morally if nothing else.

WTF! They have renamed Snickers bars and are now calling them "Marathon"? Is nothing sacred?

I think it's a great idea and especially if the shirts are going to Africa etc.

It has always amazed me to see poor kids in some of those desperate places, wearing Man U shirts etc and they look so pleased to have them.

However, if some of the Man U shirts were donated by some of the rather large men, stood outside of the club on Grimsby Road smoking when I passed on my way to Blundell Park, I think they might have difficulty finding any poor sod in Africa to fit them.  :-/

Trading 'top six' club shirts in for a GTFC shirt doesn't win you three points on a Saturday, though.

Sort it Towns!!!!!1

(Great idea btw - a few non-football colleagues I worked with saw it on social media and thought it was really nice).

I was at BP this morning and I thought they had hung out the kit to dry on the dugouts until I realised what they were.  ;D
