Following our AGM last week we were left without a chair with Dave Roberts leading in his role as Vice Chair.

We have since held our first board meeting, including new members, whereby the officers of the board have been appointed. A vote was taken by all 12 board members, with the outcome as follows-

Chair- Kristine Green. Proposed by Sandii Raithby, Seconded by Stuart Raithby, voted unanimously by the board.

Vice Chair- Chris Parker. Proposed by Dave Roberts, Seconded by Jon Wood, voted unanimously by the board.

Treasurer - Ian Townsend will continue his role as treasurer.

Secretary - Sandii Raithby will also continue as secretary


Minutes from Monday's meeting will be with members later today.

Evening - all board members were present for the meeting so 12 in total.  For the chair and vice chair position 11 board members voted, both Chris and I did not vote for ourselves.  

The original post states unanimous - this means that all 11 voting board members voted in favour of myself and Chris taking up our positions.
