There’s been a lot of discussion of the various commentary teams recently. Just want to say that I think JT and Crofty were absolutely spot on with every word tonight and commentated and summarised the game superbly.

Well Done JT and Crofty you said it all.

So when JT kept calling Hewitt Clifton, you think that gave an accurate representation of the game? He was on a 17 year old Idehen's back from the very start of the game, and I know he had a bad start, but the negativity and moaning every week isn't really needed. Just say what's happening and get it right.

Well I missed the Hewitt Clifton thing but don’t think it’s the worst crime in the world and I reckon we’ve all made mistakes spotting players from out of the main stand.

I disagree with what you say about Idehen. He called it as it was. He didn’t have a good game last night and was off the pace against Bowman from the start. Not a huge criticism, we’re talking 18 year old rookie against senior pro.

Considering the scoreline there was scope for much more negativity than came across. We were outclassed by a better team with patches where we looked okay/decent. We contributed to our own downfall with poor defending - pretty much as summarised by JT and Crofty.

I stopped criticisizing ours when I heard regional radio commentaries of other teams. They're all completely bland.

JT summarised by saying Williams had left his player unmarked to cross for the 3rd goal.

The guy wasn't even in the squad. It was Edwards!!!!

He often gets players mixed up. Maybe showing his age  ;D

Least he was less negative last night and I like Crofty assisting

Paul Hurst booked to join JT on commentary for Port Vale game Jan 9th. Slade and Jolley next?
I am sure there is no ulterior motive.
