Surprised Town haven't looked down the Football Documentary route like Wrexham, or maybe they have.

Apparently it can generate some decent wonga.

I'm sure Ollie would wallow in the limelight, it's just a thought with his TV connections..

One thing is for sure it wouldn't be dull   ;D

post edit ;

think the last time we had dealings with a TV programme didnt we get a bit embarrassed about the state of the underneath of the then wooden stands and potential fire hazard ? Seem to remember Peter Furneaux being involved.

I think that would make fantastic viewing. For the rest of the country.

Imagine what a cult anti-hero he’d become. Like a latter-day David Brent.

We could make a bit of money on the merchandising.
“ ducks in a row” t shirts, smoke bomb tampons not to mention the turtle neck jumpers.

If it's ever made, I'd prefer it to finish at about year 2000 please.

I thought Gervais said he’d never make another episode of the office?

It would be like a combination of partridge meets Brent...we’d be a laughing stock..

Having suffered watching the match yesterday, Flog It came on in place of the advertised film
and it was almost a short documentary about Grimsby. It showed us in a good light and talked about the war and the damage and we also met Brenda Fisher.

Apparently Brenda was married to an ex Town player and when she returned from her channel swim, 60,000 people turned out to see her.

Sadly I haven't been able to find a link, but it was very watchable.

Just don't put Holloway in front of the cameras, he'll never shut up!

If you have Sky, search for Flog It, look for the episodes on HGTV, and the it's on season 15

Kirky sent me this video by email, adding: "This may not be it, but it's a cracking piece of documentary that every Grimbarian - actual or adopted - should watch."

I watched the "Bury: Bringing Football Back" documentary on BBC1 last night, very good I felt for the fans.

I agree with Kirky’s assessment. Had a lump in my throat. What a lovely, modest woman. It got me when she recalled being given a big bunch of flowers.
