John's son has posted that he was taken into hospital last night with heart problem. He has had surgery, but is still very poorly.

Many of you know john as an avid town fan and a very keen collector of programmes and memorabilia. He was part of the trio that owned RJS programmes that ran out of Blundell Park in the 80s/90s.

Heres hoping to a full recovery John.....

I have an update on Jock...
The operation he had was to repair tears in his aorta. It is an extremely serious operation. Fingers crossed that it has been successful and he makes a full recovery.

Like most of you, I have never meet John, but our passion for GTFC brings us together.
Times like this we have to lookout for each other.

Get well Jock and a speedy recovery, look forward to reading more of your posts in the future.
