Hello i hope you are all well and healthy.
I have Not posted on here a long time due to alot of personal issues this being one of them but yesterday at 2pm my sister passed away unexpectedly in hospital and im heartbroken, she was only 28 and was a GTFC fan through and through.
I remember her first away day at Stockport and we had a blast something i will never experience again, aged 28 taken far too soon.
A fellow mariner taken suddenly. Take care everyone and cherish your loved ones

I hope she is in a better place now Johnny.Life can be so cruel for some in this transient place that we call earth.

Dreadful news. Let’s hope there is an after life where she can enjoy the company of other Mariner fans who are sadly no longer with us. Unfortunately at just 28 she has not had a chance to enjoy some of the successes us older fans have witnessed but supportIng teams like Grimsby, is as we all know too well, is more about the journey than arriving at our planned destination!! Any death is sad but at 28 it’s a tragedy. Robbed of life and a family robbed of a loved one. I can’t imagine what you and your family must be going through. RIP.

I have very little to say, other than know how proud she would have been that day at Stockport, to be watching Town with her bro. Life is so very full of guff; it’s moments like that make it special. The very fact you remember it so vividly speaks for itself.
No one can take your memories away. Cherish them. Take comfort in them. Not everyone has experienced the joy of such close relationships with their siblings. You did. Be proud of that mate.

The support on here is amazing and tbh it doesnt surprise me, its what town do best at. I appreciate all of you
Thanks guys for all yoyr messages, it doesn't feel real and i want to wake up hopibg its a nightmare but i know its reality guess thats just clinging to hope.
Anyway thanks once again and im sure amy will be smiling down on every one of you.
Take care guys and girls and give your mum dad sister brother one extra kiss hug text or whatever aa im firsthand how a family is destroyed in a matter of hours.

Once again i just want to thank each and everyone of you for the messages. Today feels such a waste of a day without her here, im struggling but we have to and will get through this.
The mariners family never fails to amaze me.
