Wonder where he'll end up now ?

Would love to see him back here but can't see it happening.

Likely he will end up league 1, but never say never as he has not hit the same numbers he hit with us?

Out of our budget though given the current situation.

Need to get rid of half the team and manager to afford him now, even if he wants to drop like a stone

Very true Garth, but we got Holloway (I know different circumstances) but if there aren't any better offers... the fans love him, and we have a more-than-money draw - working with IH.

Cliched but even if it was just to kickstart his career again.

              Hanson - Bogle

Vernam             X           Tilley/Wright

                Clifton - Hewitt

X          Ohman  - Pollock.     Hendrie

                        Macca

Be great to be linked with X!!!

The forward options there is promising!

I'd play Hanson and Bogel together and get rid of the AMC

That looks a very weak centre midfield pairing.

Think we will struggle to be allowed to play 12 men on the pitch even under th current bizarre circumstances!

Has bringing a player back ever been successful since Matt Tees?

Seem to recall Paul Groves didn’t do too bad on his return....

As much as I’d love it

Would rather the money spent on Clarke and vernam . Pretty sure these two haven’t been confirmed yet.

Would probably have change as well.

FFS how long is this going to go on for?

As there was no relegation from the Eredivisie he may well go to den Haag permanently

Tony Ford was the wrong side of 30 but did well on his return. Bogle is in his prime, he'd score for fun at this level. We won't be able to get anywhere near the wage he will command though, even in normal circumstances.

If anything he was too good. Our other players simply weren’t on the same wavelength - he’d play the most amazing through balls that would have put us clean through on goal, but no one at the time had the footballing brain to have made the run.

You could feel his frustration at times.

He will "command" big wages? I very much doubt that.

Like thousands of other pros he will be looking for a club but this time the clubs hold the upper hand.

He will no doubt try to get the best terms but he will have to be realistic.

Frankly I think he'd look at it as a failure and he would almost be embarrassed if he came back to BP having left with such a great future everyone envisaged / predicted for him

He'll end up where the money is.

He'd want at least £5K a week - but if my maths are right would mean an extra 500 supporters per home match to pay for him. If we started winning easily achievable - and then if he moved receive a transfer fee as a bonus. Big chance of promotion with him.   Come on Olly - you know you want to. I understand he's only on £6K a week so the possibility is there.  NEVER NEVER SAY DIE

Agreed. I remember in his first game back he linked up brilliantly with Kabba, but that was his last game for us.

I have an awful feeling he’ll go to Lincoln.

Yep, Gillingham at home wasn’t it. 1-1 from memory. It’s a real shame they didn’t get more playing time together.

It would be great to have Omar back but it's never going to happen. Guessing he'll go to one of the league one clubs with a few quid, Sunderland, Peterborough, Lincoln, Fleetwood etc.

Think he has already been at Peterborough on loan and didn’t impress enough for them to pay big wages

In the current climate I can't see any club in league 1/2 paying 5-6k a week..even the richest clubs..Think Mr Bogle will have to lower his demands/expectations if he wants to carry on his career in football..at least in this country.

I rather we work within a set budget though.Club has to come before the player though always.

Even if that was possible, you'd be risking dressing room harmony having one player so far out ahead of everyone else. I'd love to see him back, but at the right price, perhaps performance related and a cut (for him) of any future transfer fee?

I dont think its been updated for a while, i'd love Bogz to be here but unless he is willing to take a pay cut and re-ignite his career at somewhere where he is loved.

Not really sure I'd want him back to be totally honest.  Loved him when he was here but very much an all-about-me type.  Holloway seems to be more about the collective than the individual.

That said I'm sure if anyone could get Bogle to sing to the tune of the team it would be Holloway and perhaps 3 and a half years bench warming has humbled the player a little.  If, big if, he would be prepared to be a cog in the wheel, he would be an outstanding addition.

Not sure he'll really be in a position to command big money anymore.  He's a forgotten man in the game and what he can shout about is essentially from an 18 month spell as a professional in the 5th and 4th tier of the game.  Wherever he ends up, he's in last chance saloon.  Wouldn't surprise me if he ends up in our division on a one-year deal somewhere to put himself back in the shop window.

I think outside the top 2 leagues, out of contract players are going to have a wake up call. Clubs will be far more prudent. I think wages will drop by up to 50%. Still don't know if that will make him affordable.
