Well worth a listen. I think we are going to go on a incredible journey with him. Sorry not technically adept at providing a link but his bit is two thirds of the way in!

I just can’t stop listening to this man his passion is so infectious he reminds of Brian clough a player once said he would not go for a drink with him but would run through a brick wall and with Ian I believe we will have a team of brick wall smashers but with the love having a ice cream  and listening to every word of wisdom that he speaks

Wants us playing like Blackpool eh? Now that would be exciting

And 16 schools want him to come in? There's a real momentum to all this at the moment. He's mcmenemy like off the field, just got to reproduce Laurie mac on the pitch

You have to love the guy and his enthusiasm is infectious? What can this Club achieve with him?

Whe he said "he dispatched one guy" (Ogbu), I take it he did not mean in The Godfather sense?

Also worried that he wants 10,000 crowds every week.  The ground does not hold that many and the Barratt Stand has gone so fans cannot sit on the top of it.

We'll probably just end up with the temporary seating in the 3 open corners again!
