Could YOU refuse Ian Holloway if he tried to sell you a flat cap???

The shop looks to be bouncing even before a ball is kicked today.

Money generation (bums on seats and commercial shop sales) will play a big part in getting new players through the doors this month !

He’s the type of manager/character this club has been crying out for since Alan Buckley days.

Alan Buckley was a great manager but had zero charisma.  He didn’t give a sh@t about the fans and had zero rapport.  He was a grumpy s0d most of the time

Wouldn't quite go that far, he used to acknowledge the fans at games and would comment on the vocal support we gave. But he was never a charismatic kind of guy, and he did things his way.

Did he demand the kid remove the Madrid shirt before 'deconstructing' it?

Ah. It’s just I was sat with him and his dad so wondered if that was you. The lad also went on the pitch and presented the match ball before the game. That was done off the cuff as well. He had a good day!

Couldn't be a better time if he's old enough if not he's got something to look forward to. UTMM

We live in Northern Ireland so games will have to be chosen carefully. Plus awaiting surgery so it won't be happening soon. This will be my first season I've missed a game for 32 years!

Just remembered my nephew saying yesterday that he saw a guy giving IH a business card in the trust bar before the game. Little things like that may not seem much, but I suspect a lot of people will want to get involved now. Maybe it was nothing but maybe he wants to put some money in or do a bit of sponsorship. Lots of little things add up to something bigger.
