No we can not go on like this,
No we do not want a in house appointment.
No we don't want somebody who used to play for us as manager.
No we don't want an old has been as manager.
No we will not need a new stadium if we carry on like this.
Sorry to be negative but I have no confidence in Fenty appointing the right man.
Prove me wrong John and appoint someone who can turns this rabble of a team into a force to be reckoned with.
We have got some decent players we just need the right man to turn them into a team.

Stock Dale could maybe be okay, but it shouldn't come into matters during interviews or be a pre-requisite. Each prospective candidate should be taken on face value judged on their previous success and ideas for the future.
