A big thank you to all those who continue to support The Fishy Buster that I run,

After the latest game finished the totals donated/won are below. The odd 4p is because in this game 2 of the £50 prizes were split 3 ways so I have ended up with a surplus of 4p!  ;D

I hope the game will continue to be as popular as it has been and will begin taking entries for the next game in a week or so.

Total donated to The Mariners Trust - £1625.00
Total donated to The Graham Holness Fund - £150.00
Total donated to The Phil Lambert Fund - £300.00
Total donated to Fan Of The Future Fund - £150.00

That's an excellent suggestion Crusty and I'd imagine Les would very appreciative of the donation going to the charity that's so close to his heart.

Great idea. I read somewhere that research into brain tumours only gets a tiny fraction of the money put into other cancers yet is one of the biggest killers.

2% of the £500 million pounds Ian, as per my signature.

A great gesture by you all, thanks a lot, but it was suggested at the time I ran the last buster, after it had been decided that I would donate to The Fans Of The Future campaign, that I should donate to a certain charity for Chron's disease, so I said at the time that I would donate the money to them from my next buster.

If it is acceptable though to all and The Mariners Trust I could donate the proceeds from my next buster to The Brain Tumour Charity.

Hi Les
You do an amazing job and the organisation and your updates must take a lot of time, so I believe it is totally appropriate that we support something close to your heart (and head!).
Please do it and I have faith that the Trust will agree!

UTM and keep up the good work Les - charity starts at home  ;)

You do a far better job in organising these charity games and stuff than you did as a Lino!  ;D ;D Sterling job Les. 😎

As I've said before Les. Although we are immensely grateful for the money we have other fund raising options and there are some more deserving causes out there.
