All of the trialists have been told they will not be offered a contract.
Jolley has also stated we are close to announcing a defender on loan and are working on a couple of more permanent signings.
Suspect we are done in goal and up front. So except a couple of more defenders and possibly a midfielder.

I suspect there will be more loans when the season has started but yes defo couple of defenders, but i still think we need a decent defensive mid.

Think we have defensive midfielder covered with Hess and Clifton would like to see a more creative scoring sort that can buzz around Ogbu, Hanson and Green.

Don't see either as defensive midfielders and think that Vernam is the player you are describing. Personally would like to see us sign O'Connor from Lincoln if he's surplus to requirements there.

Hess is definitely a defensive midfielder, surprised anyone could see him as anything but that.
