Just looked at the pictures of today on Instagram. From what I can see zooming in Hanson is 9, Öhman is 5 and Macca is 1. Other than that, it appears all other numbers are unallocated.

I don't think he can can he I'm sure I remember reading about a rule that squad numbers have to be registered within a certain number of each other, I could be imgining that though.

Did ring where 21 in Sweden or has he been booted out the iconic #3?

Interesting. This may suggest a full season loan or sale?

From that we can infer that we are in the market for a first choice left back and centre back. No number 4 which would indicate a holding midfielder/defender.

They've probably just sloppily forgotten to change Rose's from last year

I still dont understand why Whitehouse is No. 10 when he isn't a "No. 10" if you know what I mean. IIRC he was No. 4 at Lincoln.

I don't think it really matters

We can have a striker wear number 3 and a defender wear number 9. All I care about is what they produce on the pitch.

That's like saying 20 is double number 10. It's squad numbers and nowadays bears little reflection on position.

I agree! I couldn't care one jot nor tittle what number a player has on his shirt as long as he does the business. It's a bit like the " what coloured socks should the players wear " scenario - just insignificant trivia. I go to watch a football game not a fashion parade or an exercise in numerology. ;)

Well then call me old fashioned if you like...

Reminds me of the time when Edgar Davids was poncing around with a 1 on his back.

I’m just glad we didn’t have squad numbers when I played local league.

In fact, in honour of me when I finally hung up my boots, they retired the number ‘12’ shirt 😄

Expecting 3 more signings then from that list.
Hopefully Sowumni given No.6, a new left back for 3 and a creative midfelder (Embleton?) For number 12.
Ogbu will take number 20 as that was his number at Sirius.
