I would bet that before a weeks up it is reported that he's got a new position, cynics would suggest he's already lined up his next position prior to leaving D'ull.

It would not surprise me in the least if "unofficial" conversations had taken place before the Hurst appointment but Scunny could not wait.

I’m not at all surprised. He’s an ambitious manager and I suspect that the owners couldn’t provide the assurances he was looking for. I fancy him to go to Middlesbrough and I think Hull will struggle next year as the owners asset strip their way to the exit.
