Do you think we will do some business early.??
Or will it be the usual Fenty special of leave it until 4 weeks into the season and low ball players who don’t have a club.!

It's up to the manager to sign players and when. Fenty decides the budget and let's him get on with it.

I think we'd signed 7 players before pre-season started last summer.

might be wrong, but its the manager that signs the players...based on the budget
