I’m working with the Trust on a very special beer festival on June 01st.

Lots of local beers from Axholme, Docks, Bricknell and also some other U.K. craft and real ales. Masala Masters will also be doing Indian street food. It’s our first go but hopefully the first of many.

Lots of hard work going in to it so please come and support it if you’re around. Utm.

Will it be at the ground?

Yes. Probably should’ve mentioned that.

It's the type of food that street vendors would sell (and probably make on the spot).

Just finalised the supplies for our first (and hopefully annual) beer festival. Thanks to our friends at Message In A Bottle we have managed to source some great beers and ciders. Plenty of food available to soak it up and live music from a variety of local talents. Hope to see as many of you there as possible.

Showing the 2nd half as well might be an idea, though!

Still sounds like a great event.

Yep definitely free entry.

Will be a cracking day and then showing champions league final in the bar as well. Hopefully it’s well supported. This year is an experiment with a view to doing something even bigger next summer.

Will the game be shown in its entirety? (I notice that the end time for the festival is 9pm).

I think I'm looking forward to the food almost as much as I am the beer! I'll nip in for a couple of pints early on before I have to depart.

Hi. Yes it will as far as I’m aware. We went with the 9pm finish from the beginning but believe it’s flexible.

If there's any chance of seeing Mr Fenty up the floodlights with his hacksaw I'll be there.

If not I'll still pop in anyway   :)

Been down there this morning.

Sharon (who deserves all the credit for organising everything) confirmed the whole champions league match will be shown tonight.

There’s outside seating (with pool and table football) in the area between the findus and osmond which is a great sun trap plus you get to inspect the humpless pitch!
