Matt Dean reporting that McKeown is looking in to whether he is eligible to play for San Marino via his granddad’s ancestry. Weird one!

We don't want his confidence destroying by conceding all the goals they do!

He would be busy. Maybe he'll learn how to attempt to get to crosses

Plenty of crossing over there. Staunchly Catholic in San Marino.

If he'd been in goal they would have kept a clean sheet

In all seriousness this could be a problem couldn't it? Is it 3 players you need on international duty before you can postpone a league game? We would be GK-less for some games.

I read an interview a few years back where James was asked something like “what would you do if England came calling?”, as he’s played for Ireland at youth level. I’m certain he said he’d made his decision and couldn’t change.....

Anyway, my own thought is this San Marino thing would be awesome for him, and I hope it’s true and it works out.

San Marino shirts in the Pontoon, guaranteed! I’d buy one, and I’m one of those who’s a 100% England nutter, but this is different. They’ll be in Sports Direct before you know it.....
