I'm well jell to be fair.

Shows that a development in a different location can finance new grounds.

Also shows the power of momentum.

We weren't that far behind Luton when we were both in the Conference.  In fact there was a period where we were the better bet for promotion.  Obviously Luton are a bigger club than us but it's frustrating to see how they've really kicked on  following their escape from non-league and we've just floundered.

I'll miss perving in those bedroom windows when they move.  ;D

Great, another ground that's a nightmare to get to if you don't drive to it :(

It's in the centre of Luton. The development that will pay for it is on the outskirts.

Now I’m confused.  Surely you can’t be saying that the enabling development doesn’t have to be next to the ground.
Now why didn’t we think of that 🤔🤔😉

I'd have thought that the further away from Luton you can get, the better.  :)

I think Luton are the only club that's been getting a new stadium longer than us.

Grimsby Borough look like getting promoted to the NECL Premier Division, they will likely be in the Football League and have a new ground before we do.

The ground will only be a short walk from the station

Gutted about this one, Kenilworth Road is probably my favourite ground in the country.

so if we have the enabling development on the outskirts of London it will be easier to build the new ground at Peaks Parkway ? (Confused)
