Crap journalism. It's based off this (https://www.transfermarkt.com/spieler-statistik/wertvollstemannschaften/marktwertetop), but with absolutely no explanation of what metrics are used to determine each clubs value. Just some clickbait nonsense the Yorkshire Post have put up which they hope will get a lot of traffic because it covers the entire football league.
