I believe we need to win this game.
It’s a statement we have turned the corner and are building for a promotion push next season.

If we loose we slip into the routine of win a couple loose a couple and appear to be treading water.

Yeah not sure how anyone can ever complain about John Tondeur when this is the alternative. It's enlightening watching on iFollow because he keeps calling players by the wrong names but you'd have no idea if you were only listening on the radio.

I like john tondeur, my only issue is he gets as nervous as a town fan and his tone if were hanging onto a 1-0 lead gives you a heart attack anytime theyre in our half

Oh me too, I think he's great. You just see people complaining about him every now and then and I can never understand why. I like it when he injects some tension into his commentary - makes it more authentic!

We are a proper team now with players knowing their jobs. If we can keep the key  players and add some quality 2019/20 will be a good season

Played really well. Where the intercourse has Cook been, even when he was in the team early season he wasn’t up to much. Last few games he’s looked a cracking player and caused chaos today. Also think we need to tie Wes down, he’s likely to finish on 15+ goals and would be a real asset next season.

Some really good football from a good side. We tend to string a few wins together and then lose a few on the bounce. It will take a Herculean effort to make the playoffs and we’d probably need 10 wins out of 14. Looks a stretch to far for me but bodes well for next season

I think hes proved himself after a slow start due to lack of match fitness, Id give him a years extension now to ensure we have a proven goalscorer on board next season.

Bit by bit, Michael Jolley looks to be building a team that supports each other, has footballing skills that can keep the ball at grass level, and could rise higher over time. I hope that he gets the time and support to move the team as high as possible, given known financial restraints.
Posted by: chaos33, February 10, 2019, 12:09am; Reply: 126
I think Jolley will want Wes to stay, but will Thomas want that, given that he lives in London? He might have a few suitors closer to home after his exploits this season. I do hope he stays, but we might be hard pushed to keep him.
