I had to look up what (or who) Mings is. I suspected it might be a non PC term for someone from a port between Grimsby and Barton.

Mings, though also agree with Old Codger re the 2004 decision on Livvo - maybe we could retrospectively dedicate a 2004 TOTY award too.
