Forget the footy last night , , , , ,  I want to hear about the food!!

Did any of the 187 town fans try these Fishless Fillets?!

The FGR website even has recipes  https://www.fgr.co.uk/news/january-2019/news-quorn-to-debut-vegan-fishless-fillets-against-the-mariners

Such a barmy but quite interesting club these village folk of the Forest Green

I'm a vegetarian fish merchant so I can't say anything,  ;D ;D ;D

Didn't go last night thankfully, but the pies at FGR have been spot on when I've been. Good burgers too but the bread buns were crap.

They ran out of pies but the veggie burgers were pretty good.

No issues with the vegan thing but hands down the least atmospheric competitive match I’ve been to.

I'll not be noting down that recipe.

A lot of the issue with vegetarian food is that it's crap and tasteless. If the Village People have come up with veggie food that tastes good, no issue with it at all.

They must have changed the recipe then, I had a veggie Burger there a couple of years ago and it was rank, after one bite it went straight in the bin.
