I notice recently with the guff they put on social media that RH, Matt Dean and Look North need a geography lesson as all of the sudden Lincoln appears to flit between “The North” and “Humberside” 🤔

What a good job we've got a media savvy board, with excellent relations with the BBC. They'll soon sort it out.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing today weirdly. There's no more Cleveland or Teesside.

During the Exeter game, I had to drive somewhere and don’t have DAB in my car so just stuck Humberside on thinking they’d at least update us with the score. Despite talking about Scunny several times and mentioning nearly every single team in the northern hemisphere, Burnsy didn’t mention town once, not the red card nor the equalising goal and definetly not the penalty after. Pathetic.

No, Hull has it's own local authority.

When Humberside was abolished in 1996 there were four successor unitary authorities:
- Kingston upon Hull
- East Riding of Yorkshire: Beverley, East Yorkshire, Holderness, and northern Boothferry
- North Lincolnshire: Glanford, Scunthorpe and southern Boothferry
- North East Lincolnshire: Great Grimsby, Cleethorpes
