JT says it's a story of two defences. Ours is ok, theirs is not

Can I be critical, even if we're 2-0 up??  We're not playing fantastic, but in the end we are winning. Started brightly, went  1-0 up, and then County had a good 20 min spell, with half chances, Macca couldn't hang on to a cross, but it didn't lead to anything for County luckily. Got the second goal, and straight from the restart County misplaced an easy pass, resulting in their players having a go at each other across the pitch. One of our backroom staff was having a major rant on the touchline to either the fourth official or one of the County staff, about a free kick being taken from the wrong spot, I believe. Most of our chances coming from the wings, but apart from the two goals, the only real threat was a curling shot, which their keeper palmed away for a corner. Thomas being bullied by their, big defender, fouling him off the ball on the halfway line, then connecting with Thomas's face later on. So 2-0 up, without really playing well, let's get at them this second half!!

At this moment I would rather be playing crap and winning then playing beautiful and losing.

Probably just your eyesight going  ;D. They've always been pretty bad though, can barely see anything at evening games.

Great result and Palace won at Man City,

Great  game coming up in the cup as well.

That is a huge results against a team below us. Now there are quite a few teams beneath us which increases our chances of survival. Well done to the players
Big confidence boost as well

We'll be finishing the season with a positive goal difference if we're not careful. At home in bed feeling poorly so it makes a nice change to doze off then wake up and find we've stuck 4 past the opposition.

Everybody contributed today-nobody had a bad game.   Overheard 2 small lads in Upper Findus toilet  "Didn't wash his hands-didn't wash his hands-he didn't either------------" found very amusing so didn't want to tell them the reason  :)
