I would expect a very similar line up to the one that beat MKD last week but who replaces Embleton?

Wonder if Hooper is a likely replacement, but whoever it is i hope we keep the same shape and above all mindset to attack Crawley from the start

My guess is that Welsh will start in his place

How did Cardwell get on last night ?

Too early for a start I suppose.

I suspect it'll be Woolford or Hooper.

Whats up with Embleton?!

Personally I would go with Max Wright, someone who can replicate the tempo that Embleton brings to the side.

However, I think it'll be Woolford who gets the nod.

There wasn’t anyone last night who put in a performance which would shout out ‘pick me’. I’m afraid welsh and Woolford were nowhere near it last night....the lack of pace is becoming a bit embarrassing now. I think hooper protects his fullback better than many appreciate so my guess is will probably be him

Max Wright for tempo like DHM . He was used to tracking back in his Scarborough role.
Hooper if not.

Slightly left field but I would go for Cook who seems pretty versatile and has played midfield before.

Clearly short of fitness but played most of the game and won a fair few headers

Rose looked useful on the left last night and played a crucial role in our first goal. Hooper does the donkey work covering defensively which is often overlooked by fans and Cook scored a great goal last night.

I think it will be Hooper that gets the nod.

Embleton is arguably our best player so hard to do without him, and we obviously can't replace him like for like so we will probably see a change in tactics or system.

What worries me slightly is that his replacement is Woolford or Hooper, both of whom have mostly shown that they aren't good enough, to be blunt. I don't want to be going on underlining the same old points and getting poor results, so I hope, like Codger, that he brings in Cook to play off the front two as I think he's the strongest of our attacking players not to feature last week, on balance.

Is Fox ready for a League start?

If he is, I'd much rather see him come in at left-back and Hendrie go over to right-back.

Although I suspect we're more likely to see Davis out of position at RB.

The front six that played v MK Dons is our best IMO
Embleton not available so I'd go for Hooper

Back 5 as per MK Dons

Same team with Rose in for Embleton but Clifton in a more attacking role. Hooper on the bench
