anyone know why I can't watch this game on follow even though abroad?

Because when you use "feel at home" with your existing provider, it defaults your internet location to Folkstone, UK. Connect to local WiFi and Watch Match will appear.

The only reason for that is that you may have logged in using cellular first. If so, there's a cool down period before you can then access live games abroad.
I live in Germany but use UK mobile data. It's an ongoing battle.
