It is football related.

Beth Dobbin has just qualified automatically for the 200 metres athletics final in Berlin.    Michael Johnson said that she has great speed/endurance and the potential to improve.  She is a young athlete who had burst onto the scene.

She is the daughter of Town legend Jim Dobbin.

She was born in 1994. He played for us until 1996. Did he commute from Scotland every day?! She was born at the start of June, so possibly she was born on a trip home in the close season?

According to wiki she was born in Blundell Park;

Beth Dobbin (born 7 June 1994, Blundell Park)[1] is a Scottish sprinter who competes mainly in the 200 metres. She is the Scottish record holder for the 200 metres with a time of 22.59 secs

She doesn't get her speed from her dad that's for sure!!
