In a break from our traditional black and white stripes this years home shirt will be white and black stripes instead.

Not 100% sure, so don't pull me up on this. But I think it's black and white with possible stripes.

What colour do we want the away kit to be?
I'd quite like to go a bit out there and have a yellow number or something!

Just in time for my holiday!
Away kit should always be red in my opinion.

Quite liked the pink/purple kit so hope they keep that as the third kit.

Me too. My heart sank last season with that stupid sticky-up bit. This collar looks more like it, although the no-collar-at-all style that you see on England kits is the most comfortable, I wish Errea would do that one day.
Oh well, still got high hopes this one will be an improvement.......

Central stripe on ours is thinner imho.

Would be great to have the kit from around 1900 colour wise, with quarters and different coloured arms

The kit is lovely and best we've had for a few years in my opinion
Think the away kit will be liked too.

I hope it’s red socks
I’ve never been too attached to the red socks, but I’m in the minority there. I think if the club ditched them there’d be hell to pay!

I personally really like white socks

Black and white stripes.. unless it clashes with the home kit!

I think white socks look good, could have a bit of red trim in the kit to compensate

They've just released a sneak peek of the back, got the red piping on the shoulders like a lot of the shirts from the 80's had. Wouldn't be surprised if it was a throwback to this one.

Red socks are part of our identity... sets us apart from other clubs that play in black and white stripes.
I mean, I'm hugely biased but I think they look smart. When I see Notts County, Newcastle, etc, I kind of feel sorry for them that they haven't got the red that we have to make it a bit better and a bit classier.

I’m guessing it looks like the 16/17 kit with the new collar and more trim?

Anyone know if there are any 'leisure' shirts ( polo's etc) in the club shop or is it just old stuff alongside the replica shirts?

I was in there Monday, there is a leisure range with a distressed printed logo... Looks rather different.

Mild peril ;) .. I think it's a great idea to distinguish it from the training wear.

Marketing...cash in on the rise in positivity that MJ has stirred up. Rule No.1 - Dont devalue the product.
Also the material costs have risen dramatically, the fabric is hand woven using only the finest cotton, silk and pubic hair of DN32 7 area virgin brides (to provide that slightly itchy feel) and there is a shortage of them since Cleopatra's closed down.

£45 for a toddlers kit is shocking IMO. Whether it's the shirt or the full kit.

That can't be right, there are no virgins in that area

Think he means the "mini-kits" that they've announced are available today for £45.

I'm not so sure Tommy. The kits are made in Italy and Errea were the first kit manufacturer to make and develop their kits without using harmful chemicals. Compared to pretty much every other item in the retail and food sector, clothing has stagnated in price when comparing like for like in quality terms over the past three decades. If you really knew the process of designing, five or six manufacturing elements, packaging and transporting the product, you may have a different opinion. Three Italian made quality items for £45. I think the British public has got far too used to buying inferior quality high street clothing knocked up by young kids working all hours for a pittance in the Far East. The retail giants have been getting away with it for years..
