Heard a snippet earlier. Sounds like a phone interview with Matt Dean.

Says Clifton and Wright deserve their deals and that Harry is ahead of Max.
Seems to suggest signings are very close but won't say anything until they are across the line.

Wondering if he knows collins is outta here and looking to get Davis in quick, really hope this kid signs for us....Really like the way Mj fronts up to the media, says it as it is, won't get embroiled in speculation and sticks to the facts...so much better at the PR than any manager we've had in many years

Yes I'm surprised he wasn't asked that, bit of an omission really. The Dembele bit went on (and on) a bit when he clearly didn't want to say too much yet the subject of those three signing wasn't asked

Didn't he answer this a couple of days ago?
He said Collins and Summerfield had been given a little extra time to decide ( clearly have other offers) and we continue to negotiate to try and bring about a conclusion.
He implied Rose was done and dusted except for more complicated paperwork due to the work permit issues

Yeah have to say I'm intrigued by who he's going for.think it's probable that the guy is already in employment and that's what's delaying things. The Swedish bloke would be quite left field, more likely Andy farrell, but how about someone he worked with at crewe?

Summerfield is on holiday in the US with his girlfriend am am guessing when they arrive back home we will find out about that situation then.

Only just seen this ( hence it being bumped up again ) but sad to say Pete, Town quite often end up on the five to seven slot...
I suppose we're supposed to be grateful for any coverage, though to be honest, they have had MJ on live before that time but of course the egg-chasing still has to be done first ;)
