Is that the case though? There seems to be some debate as to whether it is for encroaching, or other more serious offences. We've seen nothing definitive yet.

Yes, we can thank David Moyes for Gibson darkening our door. The day he signed I looked at what the Everton message-boards had to say; drunken waste of space was about as complimentary as it got. Moyes knew him of old but bought him anyway. A spell in jail for Gibson is surely appropriate. As for Moyes - having wasted over £30,000,000 on transfers in his disastrous year at Sunderland he's about to get a new contract at W.H.U..
