Yes PSG, Big SAM would be very proud!! It’ll be Pardew paying for the roasted owl next time......

By the way, did you hear Bob’s fun bus song on Monday?!!! I’m still trying to get over it.....

I listened on Monday. Consistently brilliant podcast.

Don't really rate Andy but Bob Mortimer and football is the perfect combination for me. Proper football fan an all. Had trials with boro and has stuck with them. Also does a lot of England tournaments so not some jumped up bandwagonner.

How the intercourse have we not been in for Ince? Can't believe we are going to end up with a non league no mark and Hartlepool could end up with an legend.

Andy knows full well he’s effectively the warm-up man for Bob. It couldn’t be any other way. I quite like Lenny Biscuits, though.

What has Ince actually achieved in football in the last few years?!? Surely there's a reason he keeps getting turned down for jobs!

I worked with Bob Mortimer and a couple of others on a TV idea about 25 years ago, but it was nixed (then They Think It's All Over happened a few years later). He's a big footie fan and also hilarious to work with. Top bloke.

Fair enough in the last few years (just like Askey) but when you compare their overall managerial record Ince is streets ahead, he saved Macclesfield from relegation who were 7 points adrift at the foot of the table when he took over, he won the FL trophy and a promotion to division 1 with MK Dons.

Just to add he started of in league 2 and worked his way up to the premiership although admittedly unsuccessful there which is no shame, and just to add another comparison Ince started his managerial career in 2006 three years after Askey who as yet as won sweet FA.

Yeah why haven't we pushed the boat out for this bloke who hasn't had a Manager's job in four seasons and who broke Notts County's results record when he achieved nine straight defeats in 2011?!  >:(

Ince is not a good manager. Too much about himself. Not enough about his players. Bad choice.

I like Ronnie Moore too but looking at his record it is not brilliant. I was once told he owned a house on North Sea Lane, but have never been able to verify it.

I imagine that it's okay for you to verify that you were once told that he owned a house on North Sea Lane.
