I don't care if it's done in a not very decent way, ie in a rubbish strewn freezing cold lay by in middle of nowhere with the players watching from the coach. JUST FCUKING DO IT JOHN, SACK HIM SACK HIM SACK HIM.

Surely he’s got to go now

John, grow a pair and sack the useless twerp.
Doesn't even bring on Suliman who is a very good defender. Players all over the place with no idea.
Somebody needs to bring them together to try and save the season.
Don't forget it's the fans that keep the club going.
Season ticket prices going up 10% next season.
You couldn't make it up.
Will wake up in a minute and realise it was only a nightmare won't I?

If we can’t afford to sack him could we not find a reason to  put him on gardening leave along with Wilkinson. At least that way somebody else ie Dave Moore could make the decisions on and off the pitch for a few weeks.

If he isn't sacked then we're going down, that was a shambles.

Sack him John.  You could poach John Still from Dagenham they are in financial trouble.

No question Slade has to go tonight, but because he's ripped the team apart and let our best go and made a complete ar*e of the transfer window, what has a new manager got to work with ?  Should have been sacked before January to give a new guy a fighting chance.

He should never have been appointed in the 1st place with his record.

Should have been sacked straight after the Morecambe defeat. They are one of three sides below us who have beaten us recently, despite being as terrible as we are. Crewe lose every week, apart from when we played them. We are terrible and only a new manager can save us now. We are in a bad spot, but it isn't dire just yet and a new manager needs to come in and inject new life into us before the bottom teams catch us. There is time if we act now.

Now THAT is a bloody great idea! 💡
I'm sure John doesn't really believe Slade can take us anywhere other than down and out. If contract money is the real reason for not sacking him then this is surely the (only?) way out of this mess. Get sir Alan on board to help out too though.

Should have gone weeks ago, we’ve sunk like a stone and are now huge possibilities for another unthinkable relegation. But hey, we’re building something, and it’s a process.

Got to go!

This could be the answer John  the only reason you haven't sacked him is we can't afford to so put on gardening leave and see if his pride will let just run his contract out   Let dave Moore take over till the end of the season he can't be any worse    Do nothing we will go down

I think his year is up after the Cambridge game so will probably be sacked then.  If he is on a yearly contract

Mr Fenty cannot just sack him tonight, there will have to be a board meeting where each member gets to vote individually, it's just not upto Mr Fenty to decide as he runs a democratic club!!!

It's quite simple John, You tell Baldy t**t to get his backside to Blundell Park and you hand him a p45. JOB DONE!!

Let's face it John you call all the shots.

But for once, just listen to what 100% of all the real fans are telling you: Slade and Wilko have to go right now!
Otherwise this great and once proud club faces extinction and that will be YOUR legacy.

Unfortunately, I don't believe you will, or can do it, as sir you are a prisoner to your own inflated, deluded ego.

Sad, sad times at GTFC.

I think he'll be sacked on Monday now. Too much heat on Fenty.

The money for the sacking needs to come out of the directors pockets and absolutely not as another loan.

I've just looked at the tables on BBC Sport Ginny, and I believe, like you, we can still be saved.
I'm not clever enough to cut and paste in to a reasonable format, but take a look.  There are some teams below us in awful form over the last 5 games, yes they have games in hand but no reason to assume they'll win them

There IS hope, but, of course we need a change NOW
We might just get ourselves safe with a bit of fresh motivation and the impetus a new Manager brings !

Yeah, if the 'board' has given him such a ridiculous contract they can't sack him then I suppose so. If the board are that backwards they haven't a standard clause in his contract (generally 6 months pay) then they should pay him off themselves.

And I'll be clear, by 'them' I mean the only board member who owns more than £2000 of shares in the club.

There is hope, if we act quickly.  In 2010 the board sat back and watched that epic 25 game winless run which sent us down. Had we picked up just five more points during that time we would have avoided relegation and the massive financial cost of 6 years of non league football.

But not only did they not sack Woods during that run, they even kept him on long enough to remove any chance of promotion the following season? That is the calibre of decision makers we have at this club. It is truly laughable, or would be were it not so tragic.

I hope the lessons of 2010 have been learned by now. I have a feeling that Slade will be fired this week. Any lingering positives in the relationship he had with Fenty must surely have gone out of the window after the release of the Fenty tapes.

If a new manger can come in an conjure up a couple of home wins the pressure will be lifted and we might survive.  But even if we do the squad is full of has-beens, no hopers and loanees. It will need rebuilding from scratch in the summer and Slade has proved beyond any doubt that he is not the man to do it.

The reality is lee, that we don't have to get safe, we already are. All we need to do is keep that safety margin we currently have and equal or better the teams currently below us. It is obvious at the moment that we can't do that because we are losing 6 pointers regularly. I was eyeing the 6 pointers we have as our safety net, especially as a good portion of them are at home, but i think the time has come for someone else to steer the ship, because Slade seems incapable.

It's not a case of us demanding john sacks russ, it's a case of begging and pleading. The situation is more dire than when woods was in charge cos we know what's in store for us this time.

Look here Fenty loves the club and is hurting, we don't see how much it hurts him but I am guessing not alot because he is allowing this desperate shambles to continue, take you fake love Fenty and intercourse OFF., and take that inept twit Sladeball with you.
