Good piece about the protest on the GT web site . One thing to consider before you protest is you will only make JF and co dig their heels in further . It's clear to me that they don't like or care about what the fans think . That fans forum was a show of utter contempt for the fans imo.

Methinks there will be a strong and obvious police presence at this protest... not knowing how many will take part,  I just hope the peaceful protest doesn't get hi-jacked by the nutters who will come out of the woodwork just to get a confrontation with the Old Bill... cameras will be everywhere , hopefully it remains peaceful...

Im sure the powers that be would love it if it decends into chaos ... I'm sure they wouldn't set anything up

Don't be fooled by the time on the big screen,

It will get stuck on 13 minutes. ;)

Too old to protest even if I thought it would do any good, but I will cheer the lads on to hopefully three points, its our team and we are struggling (whoever`s in charge)

Much as I agree with the sentiment behind the protest, I think it's futile for two reasons.

First, the players (whether you like them or not) need the fans behind them tomorrow with no distraction.

Secondly, yesterday's statement makes it clear that the board are well aware of the fans' feelings. The statement basically said that the club is for sale - what it didn't do was name the price.

fan unrest, demos and a boycott didn't stop Blackpool getting promoted

But I would rather it didn't cause us to get relegated.

Good players with a good manager don't get relegated whatever the outside pressures only bad managers get teams relegated nothing else.

If we had a good manager and players, there wouldn't be any protests.

Totally accept that - the problem being we've got several not good players and a pisspoor manager.
